Pool Compliance Inspection
Know Where Your Pool Stands Before the Health Department Does.
Deco Pools performs annual and biannual compliance inspections for commercial pools across Miami-Dade and Broward. We assess your pool against current Florida Department of Health code, evaluate your equipment, and give you a clear picture of where your property stands before the inspector arrives.

A Closed Pool Is a Problem You Cannot Afford
When the Health Department finds a violation, they can close your pool on the spot. For a hotel, that means unhappy guests and lost revenue. For a condo or HOA, that means frustrated residents and a board asking hard questions. Many closures come from issues that were visible and fixable long before the inspector showed up. The difference is having a trained eye look first.
What we inspect
Three Layers of Insight, One Visit
Health Department Code Readiness
We assess your pool against current Florida Department of Health public pool code (Chapter 64E-9, F.A.C.). Signage, barriers, main drain covers, water chemistry, depth markings, and safety equipment. You learn where you stand before the inspector does.
Equipment Health Check
Pumps, filters, heaters, chemical controllers, and the equipment room as a whole. We evaluate condition and function so you can address wear before it becomes a failure or an emergency repair at the worst possible time.
Visual Pool Inspection
A full visual assessment of the pool itself. Surface, tile, coping, deck, and structure, confirming the pool is operating as intended and as built. As the contractors who build these pools, we know what to look for.
The deliverable
You Get a Report You Can Hand to Your Board
After the visit, you receive a professional, photo-documented report. Every item we observed, referenced against the applicable code, with clear notes on condition and readiness. It is written to be understood by a property manager and trusted by a board. It is the record that shows you are managing your property responsibly.
Our report is an observation-based assessment of conditions at the time of the visit. Where we identify items that need attention, we can provide a separate quote to correct them.

Built for the Properties That Cannot Risk a Closure
From busy resorts to residential communities, these are the operators who count on their pool being ready every day.
